WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Cooperate with the store management team to ensure Sustainability is integrated into the store Action Plan. • Make sure that the store Action Plan is implemented and periodically checked through the Sustainability Functional Review and other relevant assessments. • Act ad reference person for co-workers regarding sustainability related matters, contributing to co-worker training and engagement initiatives. • Work in cooperation with our national and local strategic partners and charitable organisations to ensure shared campaigns and initiatives are effectively planned, executed and communicated • Provide sustainability related contents for communication purposes, with special focus on local initiatives. • Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for the store colleagues on how, together, we can grow IKEA in a sustainable and socially responsible way.

The main responsibilities are: establishing the IKEA Brand and IKEA stores as trusted and meaningful, with the latter being a natural destination for sustainable life at home; being responsible in the store for ensuring we meet the IKEA commitment to having a positive impact on people and the environment, whilst growing our business and achieving long term profitability.
