As a Kitchen Production Manager, you will lead and manage the kitchen production team by building business and people together. You will take ownership for ensuring food safety in all parts of the store and train others as appropriate, but above all, you will strive to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our guests a good reason to return again and again.
• You have experience of managing, leading and developing a team, preferably gained in a retail/food service environment. • You have an advanced knowledge of food production and food safety. • You have experience in creating and executing action plans, setting budgets and following up on goals. • You can communicate fluently in French and in English. • You are MS Office literate.
• Empowering and encouraging the team to take immediate action to meet the needs of guests and giving input on how to continuously improve our meeting with them. • that the preparation of food is always in line with the product sheet and securing the quality served. • Securing an irresistible food offer by ensuring we give customers an appealing range presentation. • Using the knowledge of the competition on the market to initiate immediate action as needed, e.g. securing a substantial price distance. • Ensuring daily work routines are in place, e.g. goods flow, stock control, purchasing, ordering, production and waste management. • Securing optimal productivity by ensuring a staff planning process aiming for the right number of competent co-workers, at the right times, in the right places to meet guests’ needs. • Ensuring the proper production levels in order to ensure freshness, maximize sales and minimize waste.
