Knowledge& Background: • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting and related majors, professional accounting certificates are preferred • +6 years work experience with relevant functions, work experience with shopping centre is preferred • >3 years management / leadership experience

Main responsibilities: • Overall responsible for local meeting place finance related affairs; • Manage meeting place billing & AR collection process • Manage and control meeting place spending, optimize workflow in daily operation • Lead meeting place budgeting process, perform budget controls, and provide budget analysis report on a monthly basis; • Build up and manage shopping meeting place team, arrange proper works for sub-ordinates; • Provide ordinary and ad hoc analysis report to both local management and HQ; • Co-operate with other MP functions to fulfill tasks; • Maintain good relationship with both internal functions and external parties (e.g. local tax authorities, bank, other relevant authorities); • Ad-hoc tasks.
