Establish shopping centre tailored emergency response plan based on ICC general requirements. • Be responsible for the cost part of MP P&L in his/ her area of responsibility, drives cost part Budget/Estimation planning process and follow-up in close cooperation with FM organization, relevant Domains and SO Business Navigation, secures the delivery of financial KPIs in regards to operational and FM costs by closely cooperating with and navigating FM organization, ensures on budget execution of planned technical (FM) and core operations investments under his/her scope
