What you'll need to have

•You have in-depth knowledge of P&C (HR) processes, policies, practices.
• You have good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand and the IKEA Culture & Values
•You have good knowledge of P&C tools and experience of People Data management
•You have good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
•You have good understanding of business processes and the IKEA strategic landscape and business direction.
•You have good knowledge of change management methods and tools.

A day in your life with us

•You drive transformation activities as defined in the People Operations Transformation scope.
•You focus on new P&C ERP system structure build-up, knowledge article creation, communication and training package design to coop with P&C Delivery team.
•You lead people data management (Data cleansing & validation), Job role mapping, User acceptance testing, Translation proofread, Training delivery and other works to coop with future POT Project Manager.
•You deliver all activities to the required quality, within the defined time and cost frames, applying relevant functional competence.
•You secure the implementation of best practice, drawing on good examples both from within IKEA and from the latest developments externally.
•You identify risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation
•You contribute high quality ideas and insight to the design of processes, tools and ways of working
•You build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners,
•You research widely across the topic to ensure that the latest ideas and practices are considered for the transformation
•You deliver detailed and timely analyses on the project to the relevant stakeholders, suggesting workable and effective solutions to identified issues
•You track and manage dependencies and interfaces within the project and with other transformation activities.
•You maintain an effective working relationship with external vendors/service providers
•You share functional expertise by supporting the design and delivery of learning and activities to identified target groups in order to increase organisational competence
•You have additional assignments to support the continually evolving nature of the transformation
•Fluent written & verbal both in Korean & English.

This is 1 year 8 months temporary assignment.
This role is located in Gwangmyeong, Service Office IKEA Korea.
This role will be not offered with LTA/Mobility Package.
