Country L&D Manager has to secure working places where people work and reach results, learn and find a meaning, together, every day.   • Create a work-environment where people are actively encouraged to grow, take responsibility 

  • Ensure that each identified successor has a living development plan and learning  by working actively with the Management Review Process together with functional managers  

  • Develop a Change Management culture that is part of normal business in the organization 

  • Contribute to make IKEA a great place to work, stay and grow with by offering attractive learning solutions  

  • Deliver the calculation that shows the return on investment of the Learning Programs and Solutions and link it with business KPIs and HR KPIs to Learning and Development KPIs  

  • Together with the Country Talent Acquisition Manager, I ensure that our talent approach, learning offer and career possibilities will support IKEA to become the retail employer of choice 

  • Deliver  High Potential Programs that spot and develop talents and create Future Leaders  


Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields

5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development. Specific experience in managing learning & development in a global retail environment.
