A day in your life with us:

• Actively trade the website, review sales performance and react accordingly.
• Ensure the website visitors can search, find, choose and buy in an optimal way.
• Merchandise the IKEA digital touchpoints in the most optimal way.
• Ensure a consistent and positive IKEA customer experience on the web.
• Take care of strategic products, promoting strongly across the different digital touchpoints.
• Work actively with the online product range, monitor performance to ensure sales maximizing long term profitability.
• Secure that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on IKEA digital.
• Analyze web statistics on a continuous base to optimize the online media mix, the functionality and commerciality

Who are you ?

• Upto 5 years’ experience as Web Merchandiser.
• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Experienced to follow style and copy guidelines and briefs
• Experienced in meeting deadlines and managing publishing schedules
• Demonstrated skills in communication
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage a high-volume of assignments
• Demonstrated conceptual and logical abilities; proven ability to think creatively as well as strategically and tactically
• Experienced in communicating in English, with various audiences both verbally and in writing
• A background in digital
• Experience in creating and editing web content through a content management system
• Experience with Illustrator and InDesign

This position is full-time and is located in Kuwait. Some travel may be required.
