You have:
• Excellent knowledge and high level of experience (>5 years) in project management in one or more methodology/framework (PMI PMP, Agile, or Lean)
• Good knowledge and experience on business transformation programmes and change management methods and tools
• Excellent coordination skills to handle many interfaces and tasks in a coherent plan
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good skills in data analysis for fact-based decision making
• Good knowledge of coaching techniques
• Good understanding of business processes and their connection to the strategic landscape
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, in an inspirational way
• Ability to prioritize, take decisions and delegate
• Ability to manage a high degree of uncertainty in a complex context


• Lead and manage people within the project team to deliver results through our values - business and people together.
• Plan, organise and execute the project applying relevant project methodology, to deliver project objectives with quality, on time and on budget;
• Be the primary point of contact for the project, building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners to gain buy-in and full cooperation so that the project objectives are achieved;
• Track and manage dependencies and interfaces in the project, between projects, and with the line organization;
• Define and sequence activities in the project, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress;
• Plan resource, estimating costs, setting and controlling the budget;
• Secure and lead a competent and high performing project team, involving appropriate competence and ensuring team cohesion;
• Manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums;
• Secure the identification, mitigation, and control of risks;
• Procure external service providers/vendors where necessary, continually securing an effective relationship and managing performance;
• Manage change by engaging stakeholders and identifying learning and communication activities;
• Coach and/or mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence in Ingka;
• Secure that the project is reviewed and evaluated, with learnings documented;
• Report project progress and key milestones to the overarching programme and portfolio, according to the Project Management Framework;
• Contribute as Business Partner to enable other Business Areas to increase competence in Project Management;
• Train or coach other Project Managers on Project Management methodologies, tools and templates.
