Business Operations Transformation is part of the Ingka Business Transformation and an enabler for creating a new IKEA. Finance and Procurement operations are critical to steering and operating our business and BOT is designed to enable our changing business model. We will simplify and standardize our ways of working and implement new modern tools to meet new business requirements and demands helping us to eliminate manual work, improve cost performance, and secure business continuity and compliance. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in R2R who will support BOT Core in IE.

What you'll be doing day to day
• Ability to lead and work in the “unknown” and deal with a high amount of ambiguity during certain phases of transformation. • Ability to lead others through the change process in an agile way to achieve results. • Actively understand As-is and To-Be situations, understand future state system functionality, and be involved in process discussion. • Can devise test scenarios in the new system environment to test the end-to-end process before implementation. • Can critique and test the new systems to identify gaps and weaknesses in the testing phase before implementation. • Provide first-level sign-off country requirements and solution acceptance as part of test activities. • Ability to deliver consistent messages and to perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. • Ability to communicate and influence others by creating and utilizing networks and trustful relationships • Provide feedback and input on the required localization of training material. • To review all policies and procedures for a country relevant to BOT and sign off acceptance to apply. • Perform end-user training and support. • Understand and navigate integrations to enable the identification of root causes if issues arise.

What you need to know
This position is a full-time opportunity, you will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday for the duration of the fixed term contract end date is 31st March 2023.
The Service Office principal location is Hybrid working a minimum of 8 days per calendar month in the office and the remainder flexibly working remotely at home. To enable us to get to know you in the best way, we ask that you please include an up-to-date version of your CV with a cover letter.
