WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for you with a passion for communication and is motivated by supporting other people to be excellent communicators!

You are passionate about people, the power of communication, leading through communication and equality. Furthermore, you are energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication network and cross functions. You have an excellent understanding on translating strategic communications in a relevant, simple and inspiring way with IKEA tone of voice and visual identity.

More in detail you need to have:

- Proven advanced training in strategic communications or equivalent

- Minimum 4 years of experience in internal and external communications

- Experience in project management

- Experience in creating effective social media and digital content

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Communication Leader in this area you are helping to run equality campaigns and you are responsible for creating and adding equality aspects to all projects. You provide strategic advice to key stakeholders and give support by developing relevant messages and communication materials.

Your responsibilities are in particular:

Responsible for developing and executing relevant communication solutions as part of the equality movement

Develop alongside other communicators and tap into wider resources, i.e. co-worker communication, social/ digital, PR and public affairs

Drive the creation of clear, compelling content to inform and engage leaders, co-workers and the many on all IKEA channels

Provide support on stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management

Define, plan, create/ execute and follow up on effective and strategic communications: write and package messages into relevant, simple and inspiring communication

Work across function within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses

Please note that, this role is a temporary assignment for around one year.
