You have working experience in Business Processes (min. 3 years) in areas of Finance or HR and you know how to work with centralized systems. You possess excellent written and spoken English skills. You have Project Management skills as well as knowledge of Lean/ Continuous Improvement tools and methodology. You are willing to optimize working routines and curious to find more effective ways of working. You are an energetic, open minded, thorough and solution focused person who is eager to learn and develop in different areas. You are able to communicate and share your knowledge with co-workers.
'- Identify and lead or participate in initiatives within organization to drive improvements in the SSC e2e processes through application of Problem Solving, Business Process Mapping, Project Management and Continuous Improvement - Implement and strengthen the Continuous Improvement approach, securing alignment with overall directions, global processes, group standards and legal rules and regulations of each specific country - Ensure effective and inspiring workshops in the area of continuous improvement to spread the CI-related knowledge throughout the organization - Drive and establish continuous improvement processes and initiatives with the aim to constantly increase effectiveness and efficiency within the SSC - Cooperate closely with CI Application Developers and SSC specialists to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working as well as the most universal solutions applicable for Operational teams - Work closely with CI Application Developers to determine, communicate and validate business requirements. - Share the knowledge about the existing solutions that could support the Business in delivering the best service to the customer as well as in finding the most effective ways of working, using continuous improvement tools - Understand how CI thinking can be used in area through the key diagnostic and Problem Solving tools to create sustained improvements to performance - Can successfully implement tools and understand the interrelation of processes across e2e - Know the CI mindsets and behavior and can model Continuous Improvement role within coaching working routines to sustain improvements

CI Business Analyst contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working routines towards higher efficiency to build strong relationships to the SSC customers by improving and streamlining existing processes, working routines and solutions. By implementing new tools that would support working in the most efficient and standardized way and ensuring continuity of the process. Identifies and supports initiatives to drive improvements in the team through the application of continuous improvement skills. Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies as well as running improvement project and assignments to support our business.
