Job description

  • To support sales growth by establishing and retaining a life-long relationship with existing and new customers by working in partnership with our customers and other store functions to secure an easy buying process.
  • Ensure customer issues are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
  • Support a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit and ensure an overall inspiring shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the building of business competence by supporting coworkers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans.
  • Provide an inspiring and motivating direction for your team and its individual members to ensure development.
  • Create the emotional conditions for a positive meeting with visitors and customers.
  • Provide a family-friendly environment that converts more visitors to happy customers.
  • Ensure balanced operational excellence in daily operations within the stated area of responsibility to secure a positive shopping experience.
  • Support proactively with customer insights to generate business and functional improvements.
  • Understand customer expectations and coach the team to meet or exceed these at all times. 
  • Minimizes loss by implementing, monitoring and tracking all loss prevention activities.
  • Maintains a safe shopping and working environment by ensuring company policy and procedures adhered to within assigned area of responsibility.


  • Proven customer-focused mindset with experience working in customer service ideally within the retail industry
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport with the customer
  • Clear Verbal Bilingual skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work independently and reliably on agreed working methods and to find solutions to customer and operational issues
  • High level of Computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel with good proficiency and navigation skills 
  • Experienced in creating and implementing short-term plans and following up goals.
