We are looking for people with a love for detail who can help us develop data-driven marketing solutions. Your tasks will include analyzing the design of the website in order to better understand the users with your analyses - with easy to understand data visualizations and clear solutions. As a web analyst, you know the latest trends in online design and marketing. You use your understanding of data to change websites to make them more practical, powerful and beautiful.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE: • successfully completed studies or comparable education. • at least 2 years of experience as Web or Data Analyst (m/f/d). • very good knowledge of web analysis and A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Analytics). • a distinctive analytical and strategic thinking as well as an independent way of working. • attention to detail, accuracy and strong verbal and visual communication skills. • ability to work effectively with different people in the technical, marketing and creative fields.
• Monitoring, analyzing and interpreting all relevant data of the web channels, optimizing design and content using common tracking systems (Google Analytics, Content Square, etc.), planning and performing A/B tests. • Analyzing data generated by online user activities, providing information on web metrics terminology, concepts, trends. • Making recommendations to improve and develop the strategic direction of IKEA's web presence, tracking customer behavior, analyzing and evaluating user behavior. • Translating business issues into analytical requirements, reporting your results with easy-to-understand data visualizations, providing information and making recommendations on web analytics topics, business concepts and ongoing projects. • Collaboration in web projects as contact person for evaluations and analyses, identification of reporting requirements, monitoring the implementation of the reporting system and evaluation of post-launch key figures. • Being contact person for all questions regarding reporting and analyses, based on key figures for optimizing web content and functionality.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary of € 3.500 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement).
