Make schedule and implement yearly plan of LIVAT Family Member program including member recruitment, member activity and member loyalty
制订并完成购物中心年度会员计划,包括新会员招募、会员活跃度及忠诚度等

Organize online & offline member activities and communication to drive visitation and enhance customer satisfaction.
通过线上线下会员活动及沟通,增加购物中心客流及整体顾客满意度

Develop new products & services for members to enrich and perfect member journey and experience.
研发新的会员专属产品或服务,以丰富和完善会员体验

Make insight of industry trend and work with all functions for digital mall built.
了解并熟悉业内发展趋势,联合购物中心各部门打造智慧商场

Daily operation of points store, precision market and other member maintenances.
会员积分商城、会员精准营销等日常会员维护工作

Actively cooperate with SO on special Loyalty programs
积极配合总部落实各项集团会员策略项目
