Our Customer Support Center in Zaventem, is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist:
• You provide hassle-free support that is fast, easy and right the first time whenever and however our customer need. • You are able to plan and work with multiple tasks while having tight deadlines. • You are a good problem solver and pay excellent attention to details by being persistent, structured and accurate. • You have a good technical knowledge and interest. You like to keep learning about new developments in your fields of expertise. • You have an understanding of Customer Support Centre operations and how the business is executed. Next to that, you have a deep understanding on how systems/processes work and impact each other.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
At the level of IT Support, your job is to: • Provide end-user hardware and software support • Monitor critical systems • Log, categorize, diagnose, prioritize and resolve incidents • Escalate incidents when necessary ensure good communication throughout the incident resolution lifecycle • Intervene remote and onsite • Keep our knowledge database up-to-date • Improve process efficiency
At the level of Platform Solution Support, your job is to: • Analyze and manage global platform rollouts • Develop in-depth platform knowledge • Develop and maintain local configurations • Run tests and write documentation • Support users with platform questions • Manage and improve the change process • Build a strong international network
