Our Customer Support Center in Zaventem, is looking for a Junior Power Platform Developer: • You design and build new internal applications with Microsoft Power Platform in order to automate our workflow and improve the entire employee experience • You are able to plan and work with multiple tasks while having tight deadlines. • You are a good problem solver and pay excellent attention to details by being persistent, structured and accurate. • You have a good technical knowledge and interest. You like to keep learning about new developments in your fields of expertise. • You have an understanding of Customer Support Centre operations and how the business is executed. Next to that, you have a deep understanding on how systems/processes work and impact each other.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
At the level of Application Development (Power Apps + Sharepoint), your job is to: • Translate business requirements into new features • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog • Develop, design, and test new applications • Manage the agile application lifecycle • Maintain and optimize existing applications • Experiment and research new solutions
At the level of Workflow Automation (Power Automate / RPA), your job is to: • Discover better ways to get things done • Analyze and automate new workflows • Maintain and optimize existing automations
At the level of Data and Reporting (Power BI), your job is to: • Unify data from many sources • Create interactive dashboards • Discover insights in your data
